This body of work exploits the scientific nature of a photograph to further the concepts presented. Each wire scrap is photographed on white, presented within the same black border, and framed under glass with metal clips; much like a biological sample being viewed under a microscope. The images are given common and taxonomically names (titles), as if they were specimens in a lab.
