Single Images & Short Series
16”x20” inkjet print photographs mounted on custom cut board without frame or glazing. Imagery assembled from several photographs created from a single lens position depicting the entire projected image circle recorded via nine separate film positions over the course of approximately two hours. Like a memory, the depicted scene is represented as selected, out-of-sequence moments in time approximating the reality of its conscious remembrance rather than the “decisive moment” espoused by Henri Cartier-Bresson.
